HOW TO BOOK A NET(S) FOR CASUAL USERS

  1. Download the app for Apple devices App Store (search for North Hobart Cricket Club) or use the widget link for Android devices or via laptop NHCC Indoor Booking Link

  2. Register your personal details (1st time users only)

  3. Click Book Now on Home Page

  4. Select Date of Booking, Duration, # of nets required and Bowling Machine (if needed)

  5. Hit Continue

  6. Reserve an available time on the date of your booking

  7. Review booking details, including a read of our T&Cs and Privacy Policy and then click on Pay Now

  8. Select Payment Method

  9. Your booking is now confirmed and details will be shown on My Bookings page within app/link

  10. Click Check-In 15mins prior to your scheduled booking time

  11. A door access code (six digits and #) will then be issued. If a bowling machine is also selected then the same access code will open the cabinet within the Indoor Training Centre

GENERAL FAQs

Can I access the indoor facility prior to the booking time?

Yes but only 15mins prior. The access code is only issued at this time via the app/link and remains active for the duration of your booking

Will I be sent a door entry code via SMS?

No, a code will be generated 15 mins prior to booking time by selecting Check-In within the app/link.

If I have booked a net as well as a bowling machine, will the code be the same to access main door and bowling machine cabinet?

Yes, if both a net and bowling machine are selected the access code provided 15mins prior to booking time will be the same.

Why can’t I book a net for 30mins?

A minimum session time of 1 hour is available via the app/link. If needing a shorter booking time, please call 0484 064717 or email indoorcentre@northhobartcc.com.au

Can I extend the booking time or add an extra net/bowling machine after the initial booking is processed?

Yes this can be done within the app/link at any time by clicking EXTEND or ADD-ON prior to or during the current booking time.

Can I book a net more than 7 days in advance?

Not currently via the app/link. If wishing to book a net(s) more than 7 days in advance please email indoorcentre@northhobartcc.com.au or wait till within the 7 day range

For large sporting groups/cricket clubs wanting to request a recurring booking of multiple nets, can I do this via the app?

For now, the preferred method of coordinating a booking for larger groups is by calling 0484 064717 or email indoorcentre@northhobartcc.com.au
